Pros: This Supermicro motherboard has everything you would want in a highend workstation: dual Xeon processors, Sata III and SAS 2 controllers, numerous USB 3 and 2 ports, quad channel RAM, etc.

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: I have not experienced ANY of the issues that are reported by the other reviewer. I flashed the motherboard BIOS and also the LSI2308 firmware. It required a call to Supermicro and their support was excellent (returned email within 1 hour.) I looked at every other motherboard that had similar specs. and this was by far the best in terms of supporting multiple RAID's @ 6Gbs (2x RAID 10's: 4x Samsung Pro 840's and 4x Seagate Savvio 10.5K's), high-end graphics card (Quadro K5000), 128 Gbs RAM, USB 3 and 2, Creative Sound Blaster Z, etc.) A great motherboard that deserves a second look.
