Pros: Had mine for about two and a half years still going strong. I believe it is powering a lot more than it should be. NZXT Phantom Full Tower ASROCK B75 PRO3 Motherboard i5 Ivy Bridge 3550 EVA GTX 570 Superclocked OCZ Agility 3 120gb Western Seagate 320gb 2x200mm LED fans 2x140mm fans 2x120 fans 4x4gb GSKILL Ripjaws No problems so far whatsoever. Nowdays, I would recommend buying the 730w instead of the 700w.

Cons: Early model did not come with LED on/off switch.

Pros: None

Cons: First one came DOA. Did the RMA through Newegg and the next one also came DOA. I highly recommend steering away from MSI.
