Exactly What I needed

Pros: Came with all of the fasteners to get it mounted. Very affordable and great for adding storage to factory built towers with little hard drive mounting space.

Cons: None yet.

Great improvement

Pros: No problems with installation. Acronis Disk Director recognized it with no issues. Cloning was error free.

Cons: Just wish I could get one of these in a 500GB for the same price.

Overall Review: Haven't tested with any other cloning software. Make sure you have an up to date version of your software and don't try to defrag ever. It will defrag on it own.
