Pros: adjustable fan speed lets u strike a nice balance between noise and cooling works well in your lap using it with a new ASUS G750 and it definitely helps

Cons: Cavitates (and is really noisy) at higher fan speeds. Can be fixed by increasing elevation

Overall Review: a right angle power plug would be easier/safer to manage
