Pros: Nice board if it works, plenty of features and easy to overclock. I love the UEFI

Cons: Lots of problems with ASUS customer service

Other Thoughts: The original board shipped from new egg was DOA. Which all in all wasn't a problem. After buying many computer parts in the past you run into a few issues now and again. Normally I would have shipped the product back to Newegg for a quick replacement but I had called Asus hoping that I may be able to fix the problem over the phone. After about 30 minutes, the tech states I'll have to send it back. At this point I thought it would be easy just to send it back to the manufacturer to ensure I get a functioning board that was tested before it came to my door. So we end the phone call and a couple of minutes later I get an email with an address but no shipping label. Apparently they expected me to pay shipping on a brand new board that needed to fixed. So I called back and spoke to a CSR (customer service rep) who said they would send me a shipping label. Again I waited and got another email with the shipping label and sent my package from Pa (where I live) out to CA. Well it turns the CSR sent me a shipping label to the wrong place, it was supposed to go to Indiana. In order to figure out where my board was I had to keep calling. First someone told me they were waiting on a spare part and finally someone told me that it hadn't even gotten there yet. When it finally did arrive, they said it was going to take another 5-7 business days before I would get it back. I purchased this board with several other computer parts that I had yet to be able to test and had run out of my 30 return period. I was furious, and it took several more phone calls and an email to corporate for them to finally ship it back. Which again was supposed to be overnight shipping but they sent it back with standard shipping. Suffice it to say I will not be a returning customer, which is unfortunate since I really like their products.

Pros: Plenty of power, quiet, and cool looking LED's

Cons: Even with the modular power supply I still find I have a few almost unused cables that I can't do much about. (really minor)
