The coolest, figuratively and literally!

be quiet! DARK ROCK PRO 3 Silentwings CPU Cooler 250W TDP - BK019
be quiet! DARK ROCK PRO 3 Silentwings CPU Cooler 250W TDP - BK019

Pros: -Sexy. It looks so good with the brushed aluminum and dark metal pipes. -Powerful airflow -Great temps on my CPU -DEAD SILENT except for the swishing of air if you shove your ear as close to it as possible without shocking it or yourself from static -Completely lives up to its name. It is "quiet!". It is dark. It is A ROCK. It is Pro. Those are "3" descriptions. The fans might as well be silent wings, and it is a cpu cooler. -Seriously, this thing looks so cool it makes me want to buy a second one just to display on my desk.

Cons: -A little cumbersome to mount, the instructions are a little confusing as others said, but it's not that hard, you just have to get creative. You're building a comp, not eating a cheese stick. -The size of Rosie O'Donnell. Son of a motherless goat this cooler is huge! When I transport my rig between LA and Sacramento I walk so carefully so that I don't cause too much stress on the mounting of my motherboard. Get low profile RAM, this thing barely has clearance for that, but it does with my Corsair Vengeance DDR4. Also get a case big enough to fit this. I have a Corsair 780T which is the size of Antarctica anyway. WORTH IT

Overall Review: - I've owned and used mine for 6 and a half months now -I have an ASRock X99 Extreme4 LGA 2011-v3. One thing I didn't know until I bought it was the mounting of this motherboard onto 2011-v3 does not use the included backplate, since this mobo already has a backplate that you screw into. It made me so nervous not having the included backplate because this thing is so heavy, but I secured it well to the mobo and I'm 6 and a half months strong with this CPU cooler now. -Get 3. One for your CPU, one to display on your desk for looks, and one to keep in your car in case you need to break the window for a quick escape in an emergency. This thing is big and heavy but extremely silent and reliable. -Did I mention I love this thing?

Garbage lifespan

WD My Book Essential 500GB USB 2.0 3.5" External Hard Drive WDG1U5000N
WD My Book Essential 500GB USB 2.0 3.5" External Hard Drive WDG1U5000N

Pros: It's external storage

Cons: It died and I lost all of my data I had ever worked on. Later I bought a 3 TB external mybook from WD and it crashed as well, both at around a year. I would have RMA'd it but you can't really do that with a product that has all of your life's work on it without losing it. I'm on my 3rd WD external drive, another 3TB WD MyBook, and it has somehow lasted for now, about a year so I'm getting worried again

Overall Review: I would get Seagate drives but I don't know if they're any more reliable
