There are many haters out there with regards to AI Suite...this newer version nails it! 3) Lots of connectivity, future growth with newer tech, and built in Bluetooth and wireless...nice. 4) Lots of PWM fan control, and well placed! 5) Aesthetically awesome!

Overall Review: This board is what the Formula VI should have been...they got this one right! From the aesthetics to the tech implementation...nailed it! Installed i7-4790k at 4.8Gz water-cooled (including VRM heat sink) with XSPC Raystorm D5 Vario AX240 dual bay reservoir and 4x4 GB Trident X 2400Mhz memory.

Pros: 1) Installed as OS disk Win 8.1 Pro bit locker enabled (using TPM module), RAPID mode enabled with 4x4 GB Trident X 2400Mhz memory...zippity doo dah!!! 2) Magician software excellent for optimizing performance scenarios, over-provisioning, and enabling RAPID mode.

Overall Review: I wanted a bit bigger program drive as I run software that benefits from improved drive performance (PS CS4, PixInsight)...and its nice for games too! When this was on sale, I knew it was time to upgrade.

Pros: 1) Aesthetics are great. Window placement showcases your components, and the darker tinting helps to keep internal lighting non-distracting. Pictures online don't do it justice! 2) Easy to build in...great cable management and mounting options. There was a question as to if the case comes with two SSD mounting brackets...it does! Cable routing holes have grommets and placement is well thought out. The power supply shroud is an awesome feature. 3) Quiet! The included 200mm intake brings in lots of filtered air. 4) The LEDs are beautiful. If that's not your thing or you need complete darkness, you can turn them off by holding the color cycle button a few seconds.

Cons: 1) At this price point, I think the included fans should be PWM. 2) I installed two 120mm fans to blow across the GPU area (mounted to hard drive cage). While there is plenty of room for cards, between the power supply shroud and fans is tight! It took a little more aggression to make this work, as I was going to make sure the shroud remained installed!

Overall Review: I plan on adding the 1m LED kit for additional internal lighting. This replaced my Corsair Vengeance case, which was an excellent case and easy to build in as well. It was just too noisy for the equipment I had in it. That case is now my daughter's. I have a XSPC Raystorm D5 Vario AX240 dual bay kit top mounted cooling an i7-4790k in an ASUS Maximus Formula VII board with two ASUS GTX 660Ti in SLI. Also included 4x4 GB Trident X 2400MHz memory, Samsung 500GB 850 Pro, two WD 2TB HDDs, and LG Blu-ray burner.

Pros: Great price/feature set...ASUS quality. Everything I put on this board using the QVL worked perfectly. UEFI was a pleasure to work with...really enjoy the fan profiling and auto tune features. Using a locked CPU, this board allowed it to beat all others by 71 MHz. The i5 4690 was the top rated on CPU-Z. Stress tested using IXTU with 4x4GB G.Skill Ripjaws X memory and Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO heatsink in Cooler Master N200 case with stock fans all controlled via Fan Expert 3...perfect...highest temp 61C.

Overall Review: Built for my father in law. Using Win 8.1 on Mushkin Enhanced Chronos 240GB SSD with 2TB Seagate 7200 RPM HDD. Also using ASUS Black Blu-ray burner and ASUS GTX 750 Ti. All powered by Corsair HX 650. Very nice, compact, zippy PC upgrade for him!

Pros: Beautiful game. Lots of effects and sparkly bits...you want to run this on ULTRA...this is why I'm a PC gamer! Deep and dark...not for the kids!

Pros: Works like its supposed to. I bought two sets for a total of 32G to max out laptop memory. I do a lot of image processing on the go, and have a few programs that actually use all the memory you can make available to it. When not processing, I like to turn all that excess into a big fat RAMDisk! Wow, I thought SSDs were fast...
