Pros: The second monitor looks great.

Cons: The first monitor I received had a vertical line of defective pixels. On a black screen there was a grey line from the top to the bottom of the screen. Cost a bit to return the item. Two weeks from return of the defective monitor to shipping of the new unit.

Overall Review: The return took some time, but Newegg did replace the monitor. Not happy about paying the shipping on the return.

Pros: Only cost $10

Cons: Non functional. Does not copy DVDs unless you buy an upgrade.

Pros: The RMA works sometimes

Cons: The laptop was shipped with the battery in the laptop and the laptop was loose in the box. The first laptop had a broken keyboard. RMAed and got a second laptop. The 2nd laptop was also shipped with the battery in the latop and was loose in the box. The 2nd laptop had trouble with the trackpad not works, but now appears to work.

Pros: Great software

Cons: The rebate never came. The rebate site said the check was sent, but I never received it. I wasn't able to get a hold of a human at the rebate site.

Pros: The display looks great. The tv arrived with no damage and setup quickly. The sound is good.

Cons: The tv developed one dead pixel near the center of the screen. Most of the time I don't notice but it shows up on bright uniform images as a black spot. I don't know if it would be worth it to buy at a retail chain to be able to return the tv for a dead pixel.

Someone got my order, but not me.
