I know it was the power supply because I... 1. tested the computer with a known good power supply (booted fine) 2. tested it in another known good computer (nothing. dead) 3. tested it with a multimeter (0 volts all around) everything i read online afterwards said these PSU's are junk. do not recommend

Overall Review: spend a bit more and get a quality PSU the first time. save yourself the extra week without a functional machine.
