Smart Design and Very High Quality
Pros: Very easy and solid mounting solution. The radiator is so efficient that I am able to use only one fan for the same temperatures. Mounts high enough to access all RAM slots on Z77 Fatal1ty Pro board using G.Skill Ripsaw memory sticks. 4 Pin cable. Very quiet on low fan settings. European designed and manufactured. Very, very high quality product including the packaging.
Cons: None so far. Not a con but after using this heatsink for a week using the stock thermal paste that came pre-applied, I re-orientated the direction of the heatsink and used Coollaboratory Ultra thermal paste and this reduced the core temperatures on my i7-3770K delidded CPU an additional 5 degrees celsius.
Overall Review: I replaced the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus because the mounting solution for that heatsink was very poorly designed. Could never mount that heat sink the same way twice because the Hyper 212 relied upon a mounting bracket that was not attached to the heatsink itself. After replacing the much heavier Hyper 212 with this one, the core temperatures on my i7-3770K delidded CPU immediately dropped on average around 7 degrees celsius using the stock thermal paste that came pre-applied to this heatsink.
Very Poor Menu Interface
Pros: The monitor swivels and pivots as advertised.
Cons: This monitor is EXTREMELY difficult to program. After two week I am still unable to keep the monitor from entering into the ECO Modes and losing the backlight. When you turn the monitor off, it resets to factory default settings.
