Cons: I built a new computer for my mother last xmas and my father bought this monitor for her. Right off the bat we had to send this monitor to Samsung for warranty because it had issues with not stating each time to getting to hot and image quality. The new one we received was good for almost a year with nice picture quality. But the VGA connection stooped working. Have to start using DVI. I am not much for writing reviews but I am disappointed the the quality of the monitor. I have a pair of CIBOX,pair of ACERS, and a pair of DELLS and have had no problems.

Overall Review: I think my next monitor will be an HP. HP has really come a long ways in the last few years. Not saying they don't have problems. I just notice a lot fewer of there products needing work than others. You would think for the money that was spent on this monitor it should last longer than it has. I have a sandbox in the shot I use for testing with a CRT monitor that has been around for years and still runs. (Sand Box= leftover computer parts / or cheap built computer used primarily for a testing computer)

Overall Review: To some people who think they are a real geek and and rate them selves high and then complain about a computer not having all the gear in it. I tend to think they are noobs (NEW) If someone is at least a level 2 should upderstand quite a bit of the terminology or have the geekiness to at least look it up and research all the components and have a clear understanding of what you are buying. I have been working on computers since we had DOS and no hard drives and now on the EGG to look at building another system.
