Pros: This board is awesome! I came from a Z97 MSI mobo and this one knocked it straight the **** out! Be sure to update the bios before installing an OS. The onboard sound is great, it's way better than any other onboard sound I've EVER had.

Cons: Doesn't have more onboard USB 3.0 Doesn't call into work for me I was having an issue with my screen saver not coming on. I did some research and found out it was my Logitech 3D Pro that was causing it.

Overall Review: Before you badmouth this board, make sure all your drivers are up to date by going to ASUS website.
