Pros: Great sounding with lots of power.

Cons: Rear speaker cable a little short for my plans of putting them across the room, but easily remedied at a radio shack.

Overall Review: Definitely worth the $40.

Pros: Modular, nice design, works well, quiet.

Cons: Need to use included screws in order to mount in case (standard case screws too short) which is not immediately apparent without looking through all included cable packaging.
