Excellent MASSIVE storage for all my games!
Pros: -Massive capacity for all your storage needs -Haven't performed any benchmarks, but seems plenty fast to me.
Cons: -Can get a little noisy with the write noise when my Steam games start updating -Shorter warranty than other brands
Overall Review: I was looking to upgrade from a 2TB drive i was using for pretty much everything save for the OS (on an SSD), and wanted a much larger capacity to be dedicated to just my large Steam library. Compared to the price of the comparable WD Black drive, I couldn't justify spending that much more (~$80+) for a marginal speed difference. I guess you could say the compromise is the warranty length.
Poor O.C. ability!
Pros: -Plays most my games at max or near max settings -Runs cool: sits at right around 26C idle and the highest I seen while running games was around 58C -Sexy looking card, to say the least -Side-port PCI-E power plugs for easy connectivity; great for people like me with a mid-tower that the card BARELY fits in.
Cons: I'm not sure if it is defective or what, but I cannot do ANY sort of serious O.C. settings in the VISION control center with this. The slider allows me to go up to 1400MHz, but if i push it more than maybe 1200, my computer INSTA-restarts the moment I try to launch any game... It's obviously not an overheat issue, as I mentioned above this card runs extremely efficient. I also tried upping the Power slider to compensate for the extra GPU clock, but same result. This is rediculous as I bought this card based on the reviews of people saying "easy o/c 1400MHz no problem" and yet It struggles with 1200... not very happy at all about it
Overall Review: It's massive. I was almost histarical at how much bigger this 7870 was over my 6770s.
Amazing gaming headset!
Pros: -Very comfortable -High quality mic that indeed works great with Discord out of the box (Discord certified!) -Multiple controls simplified on left earcup -Very customizable RGB settings (though I'm entertained enough with just Rainbow setting)
Cons: -Perhaps a little TOO big? Never thought that'd be a complaint from my big melon. If I tilt downward, they almost want to slide off.
Overall Review: DO not buy these if you have a small/medium head. BIG HEADS ONLY! Otherwise, great headset.
Excellent low profile drive
Pros: - Simple, one cable connection - Plug-n-play ready - Relatively quiet
Cons: None
Perfect TV mount!
Pros: -Easy instructions -All hardware included -Includes small hook for cable management -Good price
Cons: So far, so good.
Overall Review: I bought this for my 24" Vizio 1080p TV for the bedroom. Was growing tired of having it sitting on my dresser and hard to watch when laying in bed. It mounted to my wall with ease and didn't break a sweat holding onto the TV. At the time of this review, original price was $40, on sale for $25, with an email coupon code I had for $10 off. At $15, I had no choice but to buy it! Would absolutely recommend for anyone in the market.
Fantastic Keyboard
Pros: -Very high build quality -Perfect key resistance (Cherry MX Brown) -Just the right amount of 'click' sound -Plenty long braided USB cable -Anti-ghosting -Useful Windows key lockout function
Cons: Wasn't available as a backlit variant?
Overall Review: This was my very first experience with a mechanical keyboard, as i've used standard ones my whole life. My friends finally convinced me to make the switch, so it was just down to doing some research and seeing what Cherry MX switch type I would prefer and whatnot. I'm glad I went with the Brown, this thing is WELL worth the ~$85 I spent back when it was on sale. I'm not all about the flashy full-fledged keyboards with all the MMO hotkey garbage. I just wanted a full-sized standard keyboard comparable to my previous wireless Logitech keyboard, and this thing perfectly fits the bill. This thing WILL NOT disappoint, I promise you.
