OCZ=Quality
Pros: Removable drive and PCI-E power cables. I really like this feature... With the instant savings and the rebate it's another Eggcelent deal...
Cons: If I have to find a con it's that the CPU power connectors aren't removable as well. Depending on your CPU (AMD or Intel) you'll end up with one extra cable.
Overall Review: This is the second OCZ Power supply I've purchased. The first one had a rebate as well. They give you a Visa gift card for the rebate. Not as easy as a check but it came in a timely manner and the liqour store accepted it.
Batteries in combo pack useless
Pros: I like the camera itself so far. It's gonna take me a while to utilize all the different settings. Uses AA batteries which I like better than an expensive Li-On battery that's hard to find. Ships from NJ so if your the north east US you'll get it next business day.
Cons: I ordered the combo pack and it included two AA 1800ma rechargable batteries and a charger. However the camera takes 4 AA batteries. So that is completely useless. They also show a Li-On battery that is supposed to be for this camera, but judging by the picture, it's not the right one either.
Buying a second one
Pros: I'm a tech and I basically wore out my first one. I used it 100's of times. It was always fairly consistent provided the drive you're using isn't completely shot. Has made me the hero recovering users data countless times. I finally made one mistake though. I left the SATA cable connected and put it back in my LT bad and it broke the connector. I can still use it for IDE but who has IDE any more... So I'm here to buy another one. The reviewer who complained about frying a HD by using a longer SATA cable doesn't know what he's doing.. Smoke was a product of doing something wrong or bad cable. Not the adaptor.
Cons: SATA cable could be longer.
Best Case I've ever bought
Pros: Price is the biggest pro here. Why pay $90 or $100 for a case when this one works just fine. Looks good, quiet fans and the Tool-Less drive bays work great.. Oh and lets not forget the Audio, 4 USB and ESATA ports on the front. All I can say is wow only $40... An EGGCELENT Deal for sure...
Cons: The power connectors on the fans are incompatible with my Gigabyte MB but they give you pass trough adaptors for the old style HD/CD power cables. Had a little trouble getting the power supply screws to line up but only cost me a couple minutes hardly worth mentioning.
Overall Review: In less than two hours I had the system put together and powered on. Only thing left to do is cable management to make it look nice inside...
Incompatable with Gigabyte MB
Pros: NONE
Cons: OEM Means forget about support...
Overall Review: BEWARE This is an OEM CPU and you can't find any support on it whatsoever from AMD and it's not listed in the compatablity list for the GB MA785GM-US2H MB. Also you can't find it on the AMB support site either. So before you buy this make sure it's compatible for the MB you have...
Rubber case is too flimsy
Pros: Good pricing on all Cosair products. Plenty fast enough as well.
Cons: The stick is encased in a somewhat flexible rubber material. This has caused the USB connector to flex and eventually break on both 4gb sticks I had. Sure there's a 10 year warranty but it cost almost as much to ship as it does to buy new one with the smaller sticks. This one would be worth getting replaced but I'm not taking the chance of loosing any data over flimsy construction.
Overall Review: If Cosair redesigns the casing and makes it a hard plastic instead of the flexible rubber, I would buy a number of them.
