Do you homework before you buy!
Pros: Readynas OS is the best for the price, and customizable.
Cons: Do you homework before buying the NAS and Hard drives system only supports certain drives!!! Check out netgear's: Readynas dot com then Support > Compatibility List, this is a netgear website but I don't know why they don't list it on netgears product page.
Overall Review: Still high price for home users who want to use the media streaming services.
Up in Smoke
Pros: Fast, I7, USB3, Awesome graphics chip, Asus 24/7 support quick and fast, no hassles unlike other companies.
Cons: After owning the product 10 months. First two months in, the had to call Microsoft to correct the Activation, The key on the laptop would also not be accepted. It was a hassle. On the 10 month The laptop blew a huge puff of smoke out of the heat sink. The Touchpad multi-touch does not stand the test of time. Laptop has a port for a secondary internal HD, but no SATA/power connection to hook one up. Why?
Overall Review: While Asus software for the laptop has nice features are visual pleasant and easy to use, it's a resource hog. But that's what the extra cores are for.
