Pros: I use these in my computer repair business. The price is low enough that I give them to my customers when we replace an old computer and they want to connect up their old drive to retreive data that they thought they did not need anymore :) .

Cons: Some drivew do not play as nice as others. I've had this issue with various brands of similar devices.

Pros: Need an upgrade to Quickbooks 2013 for a client. Was able to purchase and download with in a few minutes. Saved 60$ compared to buying it from the intuit store.
