Awesome Penguins

Pros: Inexpensive, quiet, easy to assemble, comes with power supply, has on off switch, PENGUINS!!!
Cons: Coupled with a 250GB drive it only costs about half of what an external 250GB drive costs. I feel so cheap!
Overall Review: I put this together with a 250GB drive in about 5 minutes. I didn't have any problems with the screws lining up or the fit. Slide the drive all the way to the rear and it glides right in. Plugged it in my Linux box and it was recognized right away. Ran fdisk on it and set up a single 250GB Reiserfs partition with no problem and copied a 4.2 Gig file in 3m05s which is faster than copying the same file to another name on the same drive. Then used it to transfer 250GB from one computer to another (several hours) and the case was only slightly warm to the touch. I use Linux and it has penguins on it - 'nuf said. Now I am ordering the 2.5" version for my laptop.
Nice case but not as nice as expected.

Pros: Small good looking 2U case with tray-less hot swap drive bay built in.
Cons: Does not have the two 80mm case fans that are shown in both open pictures. Because the case has no ventilation above the motherboard, those fans are necessary! Ran an a4-5300 (65W) processor up to 68C in about a minute just running the BIOS. Running around 46C now with the lid off waiting for the fans I ordered to arrive.
Overall Review: The right mounting bracket handle had been struck fairly hard so that some of the metal was peeled away. There was no damage to that area of the box so I have to assume that either quality control was lousy or the box had been opened before I received it and the damage had been done then. From the pictures I thought the blue finish was anodized, it is paint - it is a bit darker than pictured and has a fine metallic finish. They never said it was anodized so this is more an observation than a complaint. Since this case comes in Red, Blue and Black - common anodizing colors - someone else might assume that also. It is a shame this seems to be getting discontinued. The same case sells on New Egg for $10 more without the hot swap bay (which you can buy for about another $25). So this case will effectively go up about $35.
Nice hardware but consider the history.

Pros: Samsung makes great hardware.
Cons: Samsung is the last to provide updates if they ever do.
Overall Review: I have a 10.1 Tab that came with Honey Comb that was still being sold when ICS was out. Samsung finally got an ICS update for it when JB was already out. There is still no JB update for it. The Motorola Xoom which was already history when I bought this, has had JB for quite a while now. My wife and I also have two Galaxy S3s. Came with ICS, and now have JB. Since we got one update and the S4s are out, we will probably be obsolete before our two year contracts are up. Love all the hardware, but will be looking for a company that supports it beyond the sale next time.
Awesome Monitor, Awesome Price

Pros: Good Picture, Very bright (and uniformly back lit). Zero dead/stuck pixels. Delivered under $300.
Cons: I don't really need my living room any more. My computer chair will wear out faster.
Overall Review: I would buy another couple but I have neither the use nor the room for them. If it lasts over time, this will be one incredible deal. Can't say anything about the speakers since I use an older Altec Lancing 80W setup for sound.
Good Looking Cheap Case

Pros: Got it for $30 delivered (after rebate). Nice Looking Case. Includes three fans keeps my Phenom II 940 Quad core w/ 8G RAM running cool.
Cons: The slot for the video card does not get enough clearance to plug in a monitor without cocking the card about 5 degrees. Others have noted that the standoff for the rear fan was a bother. If you loosen the 4 screws holding it in, you have about 1/8" of play vertically. I didn't have any problems there, but I pulled it off before placing the motherboard just to make it easier. The external 3.5" port will not accommodate shorter card readers. Oh yeah, and has been mentioned before... 6 - standoffs... Come On! (Fortunately, I had a boatload of them from previous builds.)
Overall Review: Overall this is a fairly well made CHEAP case. If you want to take your computer to LAN parties or upgrade your computer every time something goes 5% faster or if you are going to place it on the floor where there is a slight chance you will kick it, skip this one and get a GOOD case. If you can be careful not to bend/break or bleed on the case while assembling the computer and you are going to put it on a desk until it is obsolete, this will do the trick in style. Several comments were made on layout. I didn't think it was too bad. I've built quite a few computers (from 386 on). This was the cheapest case I've used. The most expensive was around $250 (HTPC).
WILL NOT FIT IN STANDARD FLOPPY SLOT

Pros: Works great on SD and microSD is a plus!
Cons: The form factor is very short. After the fact I searched for the word short and found 12 other reviews complaining of this problem. Wish I had read one of those is my sampling (there are around 200 at this time and I probably read 20). In my case, there is not one screw hole that is usable (the furthest hole back is 3-1/4" from the front.)
Overall Review: Fortunately I was able to use the shell of an old defunct card reader to make this work (too cheap to mess around with an RMA) If it had the standard mounting holes at 4-3/8", I would definitely buy it again, but as it is, I'll be looking for a different reader for the rest of my PCs.
