Pros: Nice looking

Cons: The folks at Newegg are not helpful I thought all I had were some broken tiles Upon closer inspection, I realize the table itself is actually damaged and bent in two locations. So the first thing I did was initiate a customer service chat with Newegg. Utterly useless. They wanted to file a damage claim with UPS. Have me wait up to a week for UPS to come out and inspect the damage. Then somehow repackage it in the torn / shredded box and ship it back to them. Wait for them to receive the damaged package back. Then process the replacement or refund. I gave up on the online chat. Absolutely worthless. So then I decided to call customer service and actually speak to someone. That wasn't much better. They still want me to ship the damaged table back. Keep in mind the box has been torn open , it was the only way I could get the items out. All my tiles were busted and were preventing me from pulling it out of at one end. But the girl agreed not to file a ups claim.

Overall Review: She simply issued a return label for me. And I still have to ship this damaged, taped up, ridiculous box full of broken tiles and a damaged tabletop. Unbelievable I will actually be surprised if UPS will let me drop it off. Yes, that's right. Drop it off. They would not issue a pick up. So I have to lug this 60 pound box to UPS. What a completely horrible experience. I told them to go ahead and ship me a new table, charge me for the new table, and then credit me once they receive the damaged table back. But they wouldn't even do that.
