Pros: When I was buying the Cooler I had some my doubts about how well it would perform but I'm glad to say that those doubts are no longer there. For a little over 30 dollars this cooler performs very well. Idle temps between 20c and 25c because it's winter in a cold climate so I don't know how this will perform in summer yet, but my room is usually far hotter than the rest of the house so I'm sure it will hold up fine. The design itself is very cool and modern. It's super (and I mean super) small so it takes up little space in the case which I really like. The fan is very quite on mine aswell, I only hear it when it gets over 2k RPMs (it never does unless I tell it to). Stock thermal paste is fine too.

Cons: The installation was kind of difficult, I couldn't find the English Instructions for awhile, but when I did it went on fine. Taking off the fan when installing it makes life easier as well.

Overall Review: I would recommend this cooler, especially if you're caught between this and a 212 EVO.
