What a Boost!

EVGA GeForce GTX 600 SuperClocked GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card 02G-P4-3658-RX
EVGA GeForce GTX 600 SuperClocked GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card 02G-P4-3658-RX

Pros: Amazing performance Supports Physx and stereoscopic 3D *Low TDP usage (See other thoughts) The card itself isn't terrible large, so it could fit in almost any computer case Idle temps are around 40c, while at load temps are around 50c-60c, which is not too bad.

Cons: None that I can think of. Wished it could give me breakfast in bed.

Overall Review: When I got the card, I immediately got it installed into my computer. I tuned up all of my games using the GeForce Experience application and I was really excited to play all of the games I have with higher quality, but troubles came around: the video card kept freezing up and games would either crash or just do nothing. Thoughts of having a defective card was going through my mind, but I remembered that I don't have a very powerful power supply and this card needs a minimum of 450 watts. I only had a 430 watts. Make sure you have enough wattage on your PSU before buying this card. Yes, I can run just fine with only 400 or 430 watts, but don't expect any GPU-heaving gaming until you can get a 450+ watt PSU. Thankfully my roommate was awesome enough to give me a 500 watt PSU for only $10, so that saved my booty and wallet. On another note, this video card is a huge improvement over my old Radeon HD 7790. This is my first NVIDIA card since the 9000GT series, and I've grown very fond of them again.

Dead as a Doornail

Western Digital AV-GP WD5000AVDS-63U7B1 500GB 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal AV Hard Drive Bare Drive
Western Digital AV-GP WD5000AVDS-63U7B1 500GB 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal AV Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: 500GB seems pretty nice, if the hard drive actually worked.

Cons: Poor stability Size could of been higher with the price I payed.

Overall Review: I bought this for a friend who needed a replacement hard drive since his old 1TB died on him. He was able to back-up most of his important files onto an external hard drive and asked me to help him out on getting a new hard drive. I agreed and bought this one. After about a month, he started to have problems with Windows and I asked him if he installed it on the HDD I bought him. He said no and I told him to re-install Windows on that hard drive. For some reason, the Windows installer wouldn't detect the hard drive. I knew it wasn't because of the SATA port was bad; it detected his SSD just fine on the same port. I even put the HDD in my computer and it wouldn't detect inside Windows itself.

Diablotek EVO is Best

Diablotek EVO RPA-6170 Black 0.6mm SECC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Diablotek EVO RPA-6170 Black 0.6mm SECC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Tons of fans for cooling (1 in the back, 2 on the top, and one in the front with mounting spots on the side panel for 2 more) Great airflow Excellent cable management Rubber pads for power supply noise reduction Comes with special SSD caddy Can have up to 5 HDD mounted and 4 optical drive (not sure why you would want that)

Cons: All the fans are molex-powered (none of the fans are power by a 3 or 4 pin motherboard connector)

Overall Review: Chose this case for a friend who wanted to build a mid-range gaming PC and this case was a good find. It's got plenty of room for all of the components, amazing cable management, and excellent air flow with the 4 fans it comes with, but the only issue I'm having is that all of the fans that come with this case are molex-powered. Was hoping at least two of them were powered by the motherboard...oh well.

Good Case. Faulty Front Ports

Xigmatek Spirit M EN6213 Black Steel / Plastic Micro ATX Mini Tower Computer Case
Xigmatek Spirit M EN6213 Black Steel / Plastic Micro ATX Mini Tower Computer Case

Pros: Tight-fitting on the inside Plenty of mounting spots for HDD and SSD Solid construction of plastic and steel Easy-removable air filters

Cons: Power LED is too bright (more of the nit-pick than an issue) HDD bracket can get in the way when your connecting cables to your motherboard (another nit-pick) microATX case (see Other thoughts)

Overall Review: I originally bought this case for a roommate that wanted to use his tax return to buy a decent gaming computer. I didn't see that this case was a microATX case when the motherboard I ordered for him was an ATX motherboard, so I had to trade my old case for this new one. Another note is this case came in with originally one of the front USB ports not working. Eventually the other one stopped working. I believe it's one of the pins on the inside of the port is being bent and push forward, which is making it not have a connection. It could be that I got a bad one of the batch of cases made or I was being too rough on the ports when I first got my devices plugged in.
