Pros: low power, expansion slots

Cons: Does not initialize some cards in the pcie slot. See asus forums.

Overall Review: Wont initialize hp p400 raid card or many others. Support does not show any signs of caring. Bios updated to 1602 still no fix. This could be a fine nas server if raid cards worked.

Pros: Cheap and works.

Cons: Tight MB fit as others said.

Overall Review: Needs low profile cpu cooler. Newegg doesn't have one for a 939 that I could find.
