Pros: Ability to use more than one drive in the enclosure. It will handle up to 4 IDE ATA drives and runs relatively quiet. It allows for enough customization so that you can combine all 4 into one logical drive in windows (ie 4 x 250 GB drives = 1 x 1TB drive in windows), or any combination you can think of.

Cons: The 80mm fan in the case was broken (actually had a fin missing!). I decided to just replace it rather than mess with sending the whole thing back and eat the fan cost.

Overall Review: I wish it did SATA --- seeing how there are now an abudance of SATA drives at cheap costs available!

Pros: Newegg's listing says this has 7 SATA3 6GBS connectors which is entirely wrong. The manufacturers site says: 4 x Serial ATA III 6Gb/s connectors 3 x Serial ATA II 3Gb/s connectors

Cons: Do your research before relying on newegg's tech specs...just scary they got something this important wrong.

Pros: Streams 1080 MKV files from my Win7 server with mymovies just fine (I use core avc).

Cons: Doesn't have built in wifi, but that's not a big deal. It does have Gig-E.

Overall Review: I love this little board. It's powerful and can handle whatever video you can throw at it. Plenty of connections, DDR3, even has a PCI-E connection.
