Pros: Low temps, lots of copper, fit nicely in my HTPC. This thing is so quiet I had to double check that the fan was actually spinning. I've only had it for a couple weeks, but no noise yet.

Cons: The instructions were easy to follow, but getting this to fit with the LGA1150 board was very difficult. The back plate design is awful. The screws didn't seem long enough and it required two people to line up the holes and secure this thing to the board without breaking anything (doesn't help that I have fat fingers).

Overall Review: Although this was a pain to install, its very quiet and keeps temps pretty low. I would like one for my other PC, but I haven't decided if I will buy another or not because the install is such a hassle.
