Pros: It has a ton of functions from shock, vibrate, and beep. I tested the collar on myself first because I don't want to hurt my dog during training. I wouldn't recommend anything above level 50. When I tested it on lvl 100 it dropped me to the floor like a tazer.

Cons: The belt clip for the remote is kinda flimsy, so I just keep it in my pocket.

Overall Review: I got this item and read the manual because, when I tried to use the collar, it didn't seem to be getting a signal. I ended up deciding to RMA the product, though after I did, the seller contacted me almost immediately. She explained to me that the batteries have to be inserted in both the control and collar at the same time and tested within about 10 seconds. It sets the frequency for the remote. I would buy from this seller again if I came across an item I needed. She was very helpful and polite.

Pros: Was delivered quick as usual from newegg. When I got it out of the packaging everything seemed fine, it didn't seem to have any of the button problems that are stated in other reviews. It is also a nice looking mouse with a comfortable handgrip.

Cons: Even so, the laser on the mouse was inoperative. Not even a spec of light from the bottom for the mouse cursor. Tried it in different usb ports with the same effect.

Overall Review: The plus side is that i contacted the manufacturer, and through an email conversation that lasted maybe half a day, they agreed to send a new unit. The customer service at rosewill is polite and very helpful, they're sending a new mouse and are allowing me to discard the broken one.
