Pros: Works. Mine did anyway.

Cons: Power cable that came with it had pins so sloppy they would not fit in the power supply. Had to use one off a computer. Made in China junk.

Cons: Dose not mention that the end plugging into the hub is a proprietary end and that if you want anything other than the stubby 18" cable that comes with it you must buy an additional cable. Returning A.S.A.P.

Pros: Look neat. Matched timing with current chips.

Cons: Worked for a day. Reinserted twice. No luck.

Overall Review: First installed and worked like a charm. Turned machine off twice during the day and all was fine. Next morning...the 3 steady beeps. Chips out, machine fine. Will RMA these and see how much of a problem this all turns out to be. Will try again with replacements.
