Pros: Bought this for my mother for Christmas, and she loved it! it was simple enough for her to understand how to use it and get it to work. Simple to use, easy controls. she was very pleased with the frame! She was not turned off by the picture quality. Quality frame for the price!

Overall Review: First time buyer from Newegg.com, I'm very happy with the service, and I look forward to dealing with Newegg for a long time! I was surprised to see it go to Waltham(?), MA, but I received it with in 24 hours after seeing that, so my concern was unfounded. The shippers know what they're doing!
