Exactly What I Needed
Pros: I got tired of my router dying every summer during a thunderstorm. It sits in a data box, which is in garage, and has no built in surge protection. Then I noticed that my ISP had the modem plugged into one of these. So I decided to buy one of these for the router. Surprise surprise, this is the first summer that a router of mine has survived!
Cons: Wish I thought of purchasing this sooner...
Pros: Very impressed with this bag! Easily fits my 2-in-1 and a tablet. I also packed in headphones, an external DVD drive, an external hard drive, thumb drive, stylus pen, and all the cables and power cords. Still have room to spare and easy to handle! Keeps everything safe.
Cons: None.
Pros: Excellent! Effortlessly glides across the screen. No problems getting the screen to respond. Lightweight and comfortable. Does what it's supposed to do!
Cons: None
Superb Quality
Pros: My first SteelSeries purchase, and one I'm very happy with. I wasn't sure about how well 7.1 headsets would work. This one erased those worries. In games like ARMA 3, I could easily hear the faintest of sounds and discern what direction it came from. When racing in iRacing or Assetto Corsa, it actually sounds like you are in the car. You are able to tell where exactly a car is beside you without having to look. Audio quality across the whole range is superb! Construction and materials are solid. Definitely feels like a quality headset. The foam is cushy and comfortable! Software is very easy to use and configure multiple presets.
Cons: Wish the cord was a little bit longer. No eggs off for that though.
Overall Review: I can't get sidetone to work. I suspect that is just operator error though. I have had issues with the microphone intermittently working. Sometimes it would cut out completely, other times it would make me sound like I was underwater, or turned into a robot. Simply unplugging the headset from the USB sound card and plugging it back in fixed it, for a few minutes. I haven't had this problem for a few months now, so perhaps an update fixed it and I just didn't catch it in the patch notes.
Fantastic!
Pros: Easy to set up in mere seconds! My wireless router out in the garage could only cover the 1st floor and not much of the 2nd floor or basement. I put this in the middle of the 1st floor and now the entire home has full signal strength on every wireless device that is used. No instability at all. Works perfectly!
Cons: None
Pros: Got two of these when there was a nice discount on them. Does exactly as advertised. Found out it can take a beating too. I wasn't paying attention and tugged on the wrong cable when I was messing with stuff under the desk. Flung it into the wall, hits a solid wood footstool on the way down, before landing on the concrete floor. Not a scratch on it, still worked perfectly!
Cons: I didn't buy more of these?
