This review is from: Crucial M500 CT240M500SSD1 2.5" 240GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Pros: The best way to speed up your computer, if you don't already have one, is to put in an SSD. I've been using this for some time now and it has been everything I hoped for. My computer is older, using SATA 3, and this SSD gave it new life. I plan to install it in a new computer build and I expect the same awesome performance and reliability that I've grown to expect with the Crucial brand.
Cons: Newegg is forcing me to list cons. The only con is the same one with all SSD's and that is size/cost. Yeah, it's a little more expensive, but it is worth every penny. It would be nice to have a larger one for the same money, but that will just take some time.
Other Thoughts: At this moment in time, I would not recommend any brand over Crucial. The drive just plugs in and works. The computer runs it fast and quiet. The earlier generations of SSD tended to have reliability issues, but I don't see that here. I've been running it for some time now with zero problems. I've been running it along side an HDD in the computer, and as long as it is configured right, the HDD is used only a handful of times each day.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Small size, doesn't clutter up the desk. No glossy surfaces = no glare or reflection in the screen.
Happy with the picture quality.
Cons: The kickstand gets in the way of the usb cable.
Other Thoughts: This was exactly what I was looking for to monitor Team Speak while I am online or gaming. I could have gone with a little bit larger screen, but this works a lot better than having another full size monitor on my desk that is limited for space. All in all I am very happy with this product.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Pros: Heavy duty filtered case with tons of room and several options for build design. This is a well thought out and finished case.
Cons: Maybe the cut out is a bit small for the processor.
Other Thoughts: Thank you Fractal for bringing the Arc Midi back with the side vent!READ FULL REVIEW
