Pros: Great way to use a unused cdrom slot, gain 4 sata laptop bays. SSD RAID!

Cons: I noticed one of the screw heads was bent (maybe soft metal) that holds the drive in place. It raised the drive sled up just a little bit making it not close properly. My fault probably. Just a heads up.

Overall Review: I found the best way to mount the drives was put one screw in the sled to hold the drive in place. Then put the sled in the bay and close the door slowly. Then eject the sled carefully and add the last three screws without moving the drive around.
