This review is from: WD TV Live Media Player WDBHG70000NBK-HESN
Pros: I have a full networked system at home (separate RAID 5 4X1.5 TB NAS media and file storage system) and was looking to get access to Internet and my media to other TV's in the house. The main computer, laptops, and kid's rooms were already set up, but I didn't want to dish out the money for "another" media PC for the living room. This little gem works great to access all network media files and has a full compliment of internet sites. It can also be controlled with a smartphone.
Cons: Working around solely with the MCE remote can get annoying after a while, and you might want to pick up a wireless keyboard to make typing easier. WD has placed a USB port right in the front for the wireless dongle.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I love these things! I bought two for my kid's system (one for the main drive and one for the backup drive) and they work like a charm! Fully Hot-swappable, their own molex powered, switchable fan system, separate drive power switch and indication, locking hot swap arm, multiple mount holes...these things have everything!
Cons: None. I'm going to buy them for every system I build!READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes
Pros: Best cool for the buck! Is this the best cooler out there? No. But, if you want better cooling, you have to look at the $75-$100 CPU cooler market. This cooler is 1/3 the price and effective, especially if you slap that second fan on the other side (or all three if you want to channel that air through both CPU fans and the rear case fan).
Cons: None. Remember, this is an incredible $30 cooler, easily beating out anything that costs twice as much, but it is still a lower level cooler. If you are pounding out that overclocked core I7 system, you are still going to have to invest in the "Big Boy" cooler market like the Corsair H series (H80, H90, H100, or H110), a Noctua, or maybe even full system water cooling.READ FULL REVIEW
