Update: Died after 2.5 years

Antec Signature SG650 650W Continuous Power ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC "compatible with Core i7/Core i5" Power Supply
Antec Signature SG650 650W Continuous Power ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC "compatible with Core i7/Core i5" Power Supply

Pros: This is an update to my 5/1/2012 review. The SG-650 unit I had died after 2.5 years, but at least it died gracefully between power-ups and did not damage any of my computer components, so a big plus here. The SG series is discontinued by Antec, so for the RMA I received an HCP-750 and my system's happily running again. Antec didn't give me any grief and went through the RMA process professionally, so I'm satisfied with the service and how they honored the warranty.

Cons: The RMA process took a bit longer than I would've liked, so -1 egg for that. I initiated the RMA on a Monday, and got my replacement eight days later (and that's with advanced RMA). They did credit back my card once they received the dead power supply, a few days later. Cost me about $15 for return shipping + insurance with USPS.

Antec Signature SG650 650W Continuous Power ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC "compatible with Core i7/Core i5" Power Supply

Pros: Unit worked well and provided reliable power during the 2.5 years it worked on my i7 920, GTX 260 rig.

Cons: When I pay $174 for a top of the line 'signature' series power supply, I expect it to last more than 2.5 years. Unit decided to not turn on again.

Overall Review: Let's see how good Antec's RMA is. I expect to get a signature series for replacement and not a different/lesser model. Besides the professional review, I bought the unit because for my rig I needed a cross-flow airflow and not one with a fan on the bottom side. I'll post a follow-up on how Antec resolves this.

Fantastic

D-Link DAP-2360 AirePremier N Gigabit PoE Access Point with Plenum-rated Chassis and AP Manager Controller

Pros: Excellent signal strength and connection stability compared to the typical consumer wi-fi router solutions. It replaced the wi-fi part of a couple of all-in-one router/wi-fi units and the difference is nigh and day. Stronger signal and completely stable (like being plugged in). I turned off the wireless of the router and connected this AP to the router for the wireless portion.

Cons: None so far, except if you count cost. Yeah, it's more expensive but it's in a different league, so it's worth it to me.

Overall Review: I'm just using it as an access point to replace the unsatisfying performance of two different consumer router/wi-fi units. Not using any VLAN, multi-SSID etc. stuff so I can't comment on that, but if you're looking for a better wireless performance for your home network, this is great.
