MSI MEG Z390 ACE LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z390 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: 3 M.2 Slots

Cons: Faulty MOBO

Overall Review: 30 days for an RMA? This MOBO arrived and i waited for the rest of my stuff to arrive. Built the PC, installed about 2TB worth of software, configured my customizations including my VR setup, did benchmark testing because i went all out i9 and RTX 2080 TI. Everything seemed good? Had an occasional issue where my internet connection would drop out randomly. The initial thought is that its a blip in the internet or the game servers. Then you realize its your rig. So at this point you test driver configurations, bios updates, run diagnostics and connection stability tests. Well the MOBO has a built in WiFi adapter. So you test that to see if you experience the same issue. You dont, so you swap network cables and test your router/firewall config to be sure its not that even though you know its not. AT THIS POINT ITS WAY PAST 30 DAYS FOR A FAULTY BOARD THAT ONLY TRIGGERS AT RANDOM INTERVALS. You realize you cant go to newegg now so you go to the manufacturer directly. You are required to pay for shipping for the RMA. Lovely, $25 in shipping costs and on top of that a 35 DAY TURN AROUND. So you have to disassemble your PC and be without it for OVER A MONTH. Whatever, a month later you get it back. Look at the serial, great its the same one. REASSEMBLE YOUR PC ONLY TO EXPERIENCE THE SAME ISSUE. Call MSI and say "yo wth you didnt fix the issue and sent it back to me with the year set to 8099" (not a joke on that). They reply "We will replace the MOBO.... but.... we dont have it in stock... and we dont know when it will be in stock.." At this point youre really ticked off and youre stuck with a faulty MOBO even though you did everything correctly so you HOPE that NEWEGG will see the distress you are in BUT NOPE the response is "Nah its past the 30 days so its not our problem" I will never buy MSI nor Newegg again.

SAMSUNG SD390 Series S24D390HL Black High Glossy ToC 23.6" PLS HDMI Widescreen LCD/LED Monitor, 250 cd/m2 DCR Mega Infinity (1000:1), VGA HDMI

Pros: Very good picture, thin design

Cons: The base is terrible for this sized screen. If youre using it as a computer monitor, the mouse and keyboard cannot be touching the same desk (anywhere) that the monitor is on or the screen wobbles terribly.
