Overall Review: I bought this unit because I wanted a quiet dehumidifier. For the first month it worked great. It pulled quite a bit of water out of the air and was fairly quiet. About two months after I bought it, the unit continually read 20% humidity and therefore would not dehumidify the air. I e-mailed the company and explained my problem. Customer service did respond promptly that she had no idea what my problem could be and that "the humidity where we are is different than at your house." She wanted me to send the whole unit back to them at my expense. I offered to send back just the control board or buy a new one out of pocket, but she said that was impossible because it does not exist. The unit now is probably the quietest dehumidifier on the market, mainly because it doesn't work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
