Fantastic Service / Sales

ASUS EAH4870 DK/HTDI/1GD5 Radeon HD 4870 Dark Knight 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card
ASUS EAH4870 DK/HTDI/1GD5 Radeon HD 4870 Dark Knight 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card

Pros: I have not installed this card but was blown away by the fantastic service. Ordered card on Sunday using their free USPS shipping and have the card today on Tuesday. Arrived in good condition but was boxed and padded such a truck could have hit it and it the product box inside would probably have survived. I can not get a letter across town that fast and can not remember when I have received such positive service from a company. Now I just hope I selected a good product. Thank you Newegg!

Cons: None known

Overall Review: I was a first time customer but I will use them first on similar future purchases.

Motorola H15 Bluetooth

Motorola Over-The-Ear Bluetooth Headset with Crystal Talk Black (H15)
Motorola Over-The-Ear Bluetooth Headset with Crystal Talk Black (H15)

Pros: Small Size. Best fitting bluetooth out of 4 owned. Reasonable cost. Connects quickly. Like the charging stand. Newegg on this order as on past orders was fantastic. Expertly boxed for shipment and arrived in perfect condition in only three days. Newegg is fantastic. Motorola, not so much.

Cons: Approximately half the calls I make or receive on the H15 the person on the other end either tells me they can not hear me or that I am fading in and out. On two calls the other party could hear me, but on one they sounded like "donald duck" barely understandable. On the other there was so much static I had to hang up and return their call. All calls connected have been in a very quiet office or home. I tried voice dialing numerous calls while in my diesel P/U truck but the background noise of the engine rattling prevented any of the calls from being made. Part of that problem is likely Verizon or my Casio Gz1 as their voice dialing seldom works. However with my last Motorola bluetooth I could at least occasionally voice dial out after repeated attempts. That part of my problem is not related to Bluetooth as I get the same result speaking directly into my phone being Verizon or Casio's problem. I would NOT buy this product again or Motorola. Moving to ATT Iphone at contract end.

Overall Review: My first two Motorolas worked ok, but both were short lived breaking the same spot on the folding booms hinge. The second Moto worked less well and just died after a short life. My Pantronics was uncomfortable, did not work well so discontinued it's use. I may try a top end Jawbone then give up on Bluetooth if that does not work for me.
