Pros: We needed to replace one of our monitors in our office. I was able to get it fast and replace it in one day.

Cons: Wish there was a HDMI connecting on it, but it was my fault to not see that it didnt.

Overall Review: Great product. Also like to buy Dell for our office and Newegg makes is easier and faster.
