Pros: I continue to be impressed with New Egg's quality of service over the last 12 years. However this product fell way short of the quality advertised. Due to New Eggs quick RMA process I was able to return this item hassle free.

Cons: After receiving this item I knew immediately it had to go back. This is an example of "you get what you pay for". If this was for a young girl (10-12) it would be great, but don't think for a minute of giving it to your wife or girl friend. Very poor quality and certainly not the advertised "value".

Overall Review: I have been a loyal New Egg customer for over 12 years, so when they started Market Place I decided to give it a try. I was not impressed with the product. Still I give New Egg 3 eggs for their great customer service. Lesson learned...NEVER by jewelry on line!
