Best monitor i have ever owned
Pros: Colour perfect. Minor back-light bleed. Perfect button layout.
Overall Review: I didn't realize until i owned this monitor that colour accuracy is so much more important than a 144hz refresh rate. at 75hz, its noticeably more buttery than 60...AND you get beautiful colours that pop. Not only that, but colours are uniform edge to edge. I attribute that to the IPS display but also...the ability to be colour accurate. The physical ruler came in handy more than once. cleanest/most professional looking monitor ever. Note: the minor back-light bleed is only noticeable in a dark room when displaying some image that is black near the edges. Turn on any light even if there's a dim switch and it will go away. I will never go back to anything else. I'm writing this review after having visited this page 50 times looking for a sale on this monitor to buy another. Asus knocked this one out of the park. You will not be disappointed.
Garbage - don't risk it. It's on sale for some reason...
Pros: None.
Cons: From first power on. It whined with an increasing pitch for 10-15 seconds, then cut power to the board. Then automatically started supplying power again. Repeated this a couple of time. Took everything apart, went full debug on the system... tried again. Same problem. Attempted to troubleshoot a few more time. Finally at one point it shut off, and the whine stopped. But I still can't post the system. DOA. Garbage. Will rma.

Overall Review: You must remember that every fan or cpu cooler will have a drawback other wise there would never be a competing brand and you wouldnt be searching. However i would like to mention that this fan is great because of its shear size and copper material. Copper is probably the most thermally conductive fan material out there. A circle of fins is more efficient then a block. Thanks.
