Fans are not power up control problem

NZXT Phantom 630 CA-PH630-W1 White Steel / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Pros: I had it delivered march 23rd. I been tested all day none of the fans have power up. The light dots is on but no power on fans. Controler is bad not fuctional.

Cons: Good case airflow but the controler is bad
