Pros: great specs, fast boot up, great battery life, boots up in 5 seconds, easily up-gradable memory from 8 to 16gb, space for additional internal ssd, great cpu. very happy with product

Cons: i did have a very small ding on the top (which some people might not be okay with) but i don't have a problem with minor physical damage. I do want to point out that i've owned many refurbished laptops and i've never had physical damage to laptop until now. because i bought it at a great price, i am leaving a 5 star review

Pros: very cheap for the price

Cons: i bought two, putting them on same settings yields a very visible difference in picture quality. go figure
