Pros: The best thing about this drive: durability. As an IT guy always on the go, my previous Samsung drive took a significant beating on my key chain. Never lost a step.

Overall Review: Read and write speed is less important to me as whether the drive will physically stand up to what I put it through. This drive passes the test.

Cons: What I thought I purchased was an affordable desktop with decent specs. What I got was a laptop stuck in a desktop case with no room to upgrade.

Cons: We lost our driver disk, if we received it at all. When I went to Sanoxy's site, they didn't have the drivers available. When I tried to leave a message on their site it said I needed to log in. Finally, I tried calling the number, but no one answered and I was disconnected. Without the driver the part is useless, so we need to order another one from someone more reliable.

Overall Review: Maybe it works. We wouldn't know.

Overall Review: I understand a "B" grade refurbished computer won't be in perfect condition, but it should at least be cleaned before shipping.

Cons: A measly 8 gigs of RAM is soldered to the board and you CAN'T upgrade as there's no additional slot.

Overall Review: I assumed I would be able to add at least 4 more gigs of RAM like some other 14" Vivobooks I looked at to verify. If the model number, M413D, was listed anywhere in the descriptions here, I might have avoided buying this.

Somehow I was the shipped the wrong screen. However, after one email, their customer service department was on it like white on rice! Not even a day later and the correct part is on the way. Even though I was shipped the wrong part, I'm still a happy camper. This is how you keep customers. Great work. Will buy from again.

Everything was handled efficiently and professionally., received a great product for a great price. Hard to find toner and ink as inexpensive as this.

So far so good, the printer was shipped quickly and safely, overall good price. This was a very good shopping experience. Now time will tell as far as the printer itself goes, but this printer works well and has a smaller footprint than some other models.
