This review is from: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Pro Lifetime 1 PC
Pros: I've run the free version of this software for more than a year now and have been so happy with the free version that I purchased the retail version. It has saved me from quite a few malware attacks.
More importantly, it will run successfully in Windows Safe Mode and will update in Safe Mode w/Networking so you can remove some of the more involved malware attacks. It also actively blocks 'known' malicious sites from leaching data from your browsing sessions. (This is a nice feature if you are torrenting)
Cons: Absolutely nothing about the existing program.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: McAfee LiveSafe Unlimited Device - 1 Year
Pros: The interface is easy to understand and doesn't bother you with annoying popups. It is not as resource intensive as other reviews suggest. If you have 8GB or more of RAM and a CPU with 4 or more threads you should not notice much of your resources being bogged down. However..... (read below)
Cons: ..... the product is not worth the retail price. You're essentially getting unlimited PCs and Mac security for the retail price per year. I'll let that up to you to decide if it's worth it. I wouldn't trust the Android/iOS device protection as there is no way for an "app" to be able to monitor the "behind the scenes" workings of either mobile operating system. Don't be fooled by the clever marketing of some wonky mobile protection offered.
Other Thoughts: All in all, if you have more than 3 Mac/PC in your household I would say that this is a worthwhile investment. Don't expect to get great things out of the mobile security.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: SilenX EFZ-92HA3 92mm 3rd generation fluid dynamic bearing Effizio CPU Cooler
Pros: Provided your case has adequate cooling, this heatsink works like a charm.
Cons: See my other thoughts, but there are better ways to attach a heatsink than the traditional "spring-based clamp" which is scary easy to slip and punch a hole in the motherboard.
Other Thoughts: Many reviews are mentioning that this heatsink requires "extra" force to get the retention clip to secure to the motherboard. I don't feel this is the case. For those who have been building systems for 10+ years, we know how difficult the clips were from the early 2000's. This heatsink does not have the fancy hand-latch systems that other heatsinks have to make fastening effortless.READ FULL REVIEW
