Good so far, Missing parts though

Rosewill 1600W Modular Gaming Power Supply, Continuous @ 50 Degree C, 80 PLUS GOLD Certified, SLI & CrossFire Ready - HERCULES-1600S
Rosewill 1600W Modular Gaming Power Supply, Continuous @ 50 Degree C, 80 PLUS GOLD Certified, SLI & CrossFire Ready - HERCULES-1600S

Pros: Easy setup and simple to use. Cables are heavy duty and stiff which with that much power going through them is good. Very happy with overal setup.

Cons: Two ouf ot my five boxes that I ordered did not have power cords in them. Strange and I assume to be a manufacturer oversight. Sucks though since they are not typical power cords but heavy duty gauge and not easy or cheaply replaced.

Overall Review: Tried to RMA just to have two more power cords sent but Newegg only has the option to return the two boxes completely, which I would rather not do but do not see any choice at this time.

Most Critical Review

Awesome Signal Strength, when it decides it wants to.

NETGEAR WNR3500-100NAR RangeMax Premium Wireless-N Gigabit Router IEEE 802.11b/g, IEEE 802.11n Draft
NETGEAR WNR3500-100NAR RangeMax Premium Wireless-N Gigabit Router IEEE 802.11b/g, IEEE 802.11n Draft

Pros: Awesome router, simple setup for those wannabe techies. Quite a few features internally from Mac address filtering to assigning static IP's and setting up your own little gaming center via the gigabit switch built in. Very nice signal strength, utilizing the Wireless N, however, if left on for long periods of time the router's signal strength will go very low as if it is in a sleep mode and the only way I have found to "wake it up" is by unplugging it and plugging it back in. This, however, does not happen often, maybe twice a month. And you can still connect to the router when it is like this and occasionally it will "wake itself up", sorta speak.

Cons: Appears to have some sorta built in "sleep" mode that kicks in after prolonged hours of inactivity. Sometimes it will "wake itself up", mostly I end up having to unplug and wait ten seconds and then plug it back in. NOT reset, just disconnecting power.

Overall Review: The built in gigabit switch works wonderfully. If it wasn't for the occasional mess up with the wifi it would be the perfect router. Lots a features.

Worked for a few weeks-Then Stopped

Tenda N80 Concurrent Dual Band Wireless N900 Gigabit Router IEEE 802.3/3u/3ab, IEEE 802.11a/b/g, IEEE802.11n
Tenda N80 Concurrent Dual Band Wireless N900 Gigabit Router IEEE 802.3/3u/3ab, IEEE 802.11a/b/g, IEEE802.11n

Pros: This was my first Tenda product, looks great and good asthetic feel. Triple antennae boasting 900MB, but cannot confirm this. The internal Internet blocking appears good but has a few kinks such as you cannot block a device from lets say 10 pm to 1 am. You can only go from 12am to 1159pm on any day. I tried adding the MAC for the computer twice and compensating for the morning hours but it does not allow the same MAC twice. Interseting issue but not a deal breaker. Has easy setup for novice users and an advanced area for those of us that like more customization on our network.

Cons: Noticed intermittently kicks people off. I have had three people within 10 feet of the device and we would randomly not be able to access the internet yet people hardwired in the house still could. Now the product will not pass traffic. Tried cycling power and using the RESET button on back of device to restore to factory settings. Restoration works but device will still not pass traffic.I filed for an RMA through NewEgg a few days ago and still have not heard back from anyone about a refund or replacement.

Overall Review: I get some products go bad but what keeps a person with a company is the customer service and how they are treated when the products do go bad. So far I have not heard anything from anyone

No Problems, Good ASA

CISCO ASA5505-BUN-K9 Cisco ASA 5505 10-User Bundle
CISCO ASA5505-BUN-K9 Cisco ASA 5505 10-User Bundle

Pros: Working with ASA 5505 for the past few years they are straightforward and effective firewalls and this was no different. The unit comes with the standard settings and IOS ver 8.2 with 512 MB of RAM which is good as when upgrading to IOS 9.1 512 MB of ram is required.

Cons: USB Flash ports are still listed as for "FUTURE USE" and cannot be used for IOS upgrading. Must setup FTP server to upload IOS. Also, unit was listed as Gigbyte connections but all ASA 5505's are only 100 MB ports.

SSD as fast as 5400RPM

Plextor M5P Xtreme Series 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) PX-256M5Pro
Plextor M5P Xtreme Series 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) PX-256M5Pro

Pros: This is an SSD and when used with a USB 3.0 connection has slightly faster trasnfer rates than a regular 5400 RPM 2.5" drive.

Cons: For an SSD the transfer rate was noticeably slow. I have owned a variety of SSD's and this has been the slowest out of all. Used as a Server main drive, I ended up replacing with another SSD I had on the shelf.

Works great-Good Cables

Tripp Lite Model S510-18N 18" Internal Mini-SAS to 4-in-1 32pin (SFF-8484) Cable
Tripp Lite Model S510-18N 18" Internal Mini-SAS to 4-in-1 32pin (SFF-8484) Cable

Pros: In my Dell PowerEdge 2900 with my new upgraded H700 card the 18" cables are a little tight. I ordered two but could only use one, had to order another for 36". No complaints from manufacturer or Newegg.

Cons: N/a

Overall Review: None
