Pros: Nice case, doesn't allow any dust to get in.
Sturdy, cool plastic window
Cons: The back 120mm fan died after 1 year of use. disappointing because I've used cooler master fans before and didn't have this issue, and thought their fans were of higher quality.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler
Pros: excellent fan, keeps my cpu very cool even when OC'd.
Looks excellent in my case; lighting is not to bright to be annoying.
I've owned this CPU fan for over 3 years now with my system on 24/7 with no failure.
Recommend artic silver as thermal geese, it's great!
Cons: Started off being somewhat quit but over the years has gotten louder and louder; but still bearable.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: NORCO RPC-230 2U Rackmount Server Case 1 External 5.25" Drive Bays
Pros: case is built sturdy, lots of extra screws in labeled bags so you don't confuse them. supports micro ATX boards; wouldn't go any bigger not a lot of room to work around without a micro.
Some "dum-dum" customer's in the review section claimed the fans were on backwards; they are supposed to be facing that way to blow the hott air out; please don't listen to them & reverse both. This will raise your temps. if you do this...
I received this case somewhat smoothed out. I appreciate the attempt on the manufactures side; but I still had to go over some edges with a file. A little more time should be spent filing down the sharp edges before the case leaves the manufacturer.
Good price, wasn't my first choice but the shipping charge was cheap, compared to my first choice of being $24.95 SH (very ridiculous new egg!)
Well packaged and protected on shipping.
Excellent air flow, and ventilation.
Cons: Hard drive rails and support system was a pain in the rear to dismount; most customer wont need to do this but I wanted to replace the stock fans.
Many people claim the stock fans are loud; I swapped them out for new ones; so I can't support that claim. Always a good idea to swap out stock fans on cheaper cases.
Screws are soft, and easy to strip just be careful and you'll be okay.
The case handles are plastic, but seem to be a higher grade of plastic; sturdy enough but could be broken. I don't understand why the manufacturer would decide to all of the sudden use plastic handles when the rest of the case is medal? (2 little bars don't really cut cost that much...)
Poor paint job; not completely finished; and chips very easily. But not a big issue I didn't buy this for aesthetics.
Power & Reset buttons are somewhat cheap, but oh well it's a server it stays on so not a big issue.
Other Thoughts: Overall the manufacturer seems to be reading these reviews because the case has vastly improved since the last time I purchased this model. That's a good signREAD FULL REVIEW
