pretty nice
Pros: tons of accessories and cables, one cable for every onboard connector/header except for one USB header--but your case has front USB, right?
Cons: the first one I received started powering off randomly after about a day and then stopped POSTing. but its replacement has been trouble-free.
short-lived
Pros: worked at first. easy to set up.
Cons: doesn't work correctly any more, lasting about 13 months. unit no longer senses ethernet link from computer or switch and vice-versa.
Overall Review: judging by the LEDs, the unit is still working properly--power-on sequence ends, DSL trains up, authentication succeeds. I would guess that the ethernet controller just fried itself. no obvious physical problems like bent pins, multiple patch cables and devices tested, etc.
seems ok
Pros: good board for the price.
Cons: first one caught fire, had to send it back for replacement. board has two each SATA-II and PATA connectors but only one of each kind of cable; board has two USB headers (4 ports) but doesn't come with adapters for them (add'l rear-panel), so I can only use one header (via case cable). just seems like there could be more accessories like that--an extra couple disk cables shouldn't drive the price up any.
Overall Review: non-Windows OSes might have trouble finding the ethernet controller.
