Pros: Have used Acronis for almost 20 years and find it always to be able to backup and restore my system and the systems I sell...been in business selling computers for 33 years.

Cons: When one pays for a product, one does not expect to have pop up ads trying to upgrade the product. 2016 pops up with an message everytime you start it trying to get you to use the cloud service and upgrade to it. Then it pops up messages "out of the blue" when you aren't even running Aconis (It is always running in the background as a scheduled service.) an Ad pops up in the bottom right hand side of the screen trying to get you to upgrade to their Cloud Service. No way to stop these ads that we can find. Cloud service is too slow and eats up too much bandwidth for what can take days to backup a system...who wants to do that?

Overall Review: Acronis has always made a good product, but they think they have to change the look of their program every year when all they should be doing is improving it...change for the sake of change is ridiculous. Support from Acronis has always been horrible. Forget calling them.

Pros: As a dealer having sold hundreds of copies of Acronis True Image over the past 10 years and being very pleased with it, we have finally stopped installing it and distributing it with our systems. Not because of being bad, it isn't. It does what it says it will do. We had to stop because of the constant nagging advertising pop-ups and REQUIREMENT to register it before you can finish the installation. One should have pay for a program and have to have advertisements nagging them nor be REQUIRED to register and I mean REQUIRED.

Cons: 2016 version had issues, constantly making backups non stop one after another. 2017 seems to have solved that issue.

Overall Review: No, now we use Macrium Reflect instead of Acronis.

Cons: Instructions are horrible. Support is horrible...didn't answer my requests for support. I even hired someone to come install...they couldn't get it to work either!

Pros: Fine as long as it worked...not super fast.

Cons: Died lost 48GB data. Computer Management can't even see it any longer. Second such drive to die like this for me from Transcend.

Pros: Nothing. I purchased four of these lights. In Houston, Tx they get plenty of Sun. Of the the four three will light up (very dimly for three to four hours and by that time they are really dim. One is extremely dim to start and has no light at all within two hours.

Cons: With only three LEDs each, even when they first come on they can barely light up the driveway below. I put all four of them together to get enough light.

Overall Review: I wouldn't buy them if they were four for a dollar. They are still on my gutter. I am not sending them back...too much trouble. Other solar lights I have purchased are great.

Pros: Nothing. It is pure junk.

Cons: Bits will not stay in the handle no matter how much you tighten it. They push up and "fall" into the hollow handle. The extension is worthless as the bits just fall out...nothing to hold the bits in...no friction, not magnetized nor is it magnetizable. I bought two sets of these.

Overall Review: I called Rosewill...not to return but to advise them of my disappointment in them putting out such a poor quality product. They offered to give me a RMA and let me send them back and they would cover the freight. I told them, no, I wasn't calling for that. I was calling to tell them how disappointed I was that they would have such a product out and not recall them as they are worthless. They are not worth the freight back. I guess I will toss them both in the trash. I own a computer store and have for over 30 years. I have purchased other Rosewill products and been quite pleased in the past. I must say, too, that the response on the phone was pretty much of a not caring attitude.

Easy setup. No problems. Would have liked a higher back, but ok as it is. We will see how it holds up.

Drive arrived in a re-taped up box (scotch tape...looked used when opened). We ran our diagnostics on the drive first thing and its report showed several hours of usage and 7 "boots". I reported it to Newegg and Action Packaged, Inc as being a used drive. Never got a response! Stuck with it.
