Pros: If you are looking for a 4 channel add on card, this is for you! It supports drives larger than 1 TB without a bios flash, I know as mine is about a year old, purchased from NewEgg. It installs flawlessly on Win XP-Pro SP3, I have not tested it with Vista. If you do not want RAID it is a perfect match for your old P4 Motherboard to support SATA drives. Naturally there is the trade off of SATA 1 vs. SATA 2, but it is a lot more affordable to install a card, than replacing your MB, CPU, and RAM. If you are looking to add some new life to that old PC with no SATA this is the absolute best card you can get, and it's very inexpensive!

Cons: This is not the best match for RAID, it does work as stated, and supports drives larger than 1 TB out of the box, which is something even PROMISE cannot do; I asked PROMISE Tech support about their card also, and they stated it has not been tested with drives larger than 1 TB! If you want to go with RAID, which I do not, you may want to update the BIOS from the manufacturer's web site; be sure to see what the update effects, and always only update a BIOS if it addresses a specific issue you are having, never update FIRMWARE just because it's newer!

Overall Review: If you don't run a lot of PCI cards, you may even be able to use two of them! That's 8 SATA channels! For under $70.00, that's AWESOME! I was a skeptic about this card, being an Senior IT Support Engineer, but after using it, you absolutely cannot beat it if used as mentioned. If you want SATA II Support, HD support for larger drives over 1 TB, Rock Solid RAID, you should make other product considerations; do your home work! If you want to add SATA to that old PC, 4 channels at that, and are not using RAID, I would recommend buying about 4 of these if you have a few older PC'! You never know when they will go away and then you will wish you had got two or three! I know I am getting a few more! It sure beats replacing the core of your machine, which can run into a whole lot of money! Trust me I do this everyday for a living!

Pros: 1.5 TB for less then $200.00! I have been an IT professional for over 25 years. I have paid this much for a less than a 400 MB IDE drive! Seagate is a quality product for its price, considering where we are with technology today, it is hard to complain about so much for so little of an investment.

Cons: Look VERY carefully; Seagte' SATA familes of perpindicular drives were all 5 year warranties when they were introduced, now to get the longer warranty the price has risen, and not just here, but everywhere. Like all large drives, many systems' bios', etc., have issues with them, be sure you check your system specs. before purchase. Last: All Hard Drives fail, some last years, some last days, fact of life! I have replaced more Western Digital drives than Seagte!

Overall Review: Key Point: Many complain about performance, life span, compatibility, etc. These drives, whether you purchase the one that is a bit lower in price with a 3 year warranty, or this one with a 5 year warranty, no company guarantees your data! These are for HOME use, not SERVERS! A server class SATA II 1 TB drive runs no less than $400.00, and usually is more like $700.00! I deal with SATA servers daily, so these are a good value for the dollar! If you want a large drive, and need the space these offer, and you understand the risks (that's why we say back your data!), you cannot go wrong with this drive! If your waiting for W.D. to come out with one, hold your breath, and when it does we will see similar issues! REMEMBER, always back your data!

Pros: This USB Tuner has all you need! What else can I say! SnapStream.com who authors Beyond Tv® sotfware offers this tuner at a slightly higher price. It has its own tuner software and remote which operate A*W*E*S*O*M*E! It also has compatibility with the 2009 specs. so you it will still work!

Overall Review: If you want an inexpensive over the air HD TV solution this is it! PERIOD! You will not be disappointed! Well worth the price! Works perfect!

Pros: First lets just say I am an IT professional that is not biased towards one brand or another. I go after quality and efficiency. AeroCool fans are perhaps some of the best available on the market, yet affordable. Their specifications for air flow and speed are right on the money! The fans AeroCool makes cannot be beat! We use AeroCool fans exclusively in all the systems we build, and have never been disappointed. If you want performance AeroCool is where it's at! For the extra money you may spend on replacing your fans with AeroCool fans, your dollars are well spent! AeroCool just cannot be beat!

Cons: Noise! If you want quiet fans, these are not for you! In order to get high volume air flow comes a price, NOISE! There is always a trade off; to get true performance from any air cooled system, you will have to put up with the fans noise, but it's well worth it!

Overall Review: Under continual use these fans will last anywhere from one to two years; for most who power their systems down and do not run 24/7, they will probably last quite a long time. Essentially for most users, you just cannot beat AeroCool!

Pros: It's a known fact that AeroCool has made cooling products for years; but what many user do not know is that they also have some of very best high output fans on the market! If you want maximum air movement at affordable prices you just cannot go wrong with AeroCool fans! They come in a variety of sizes to suit any needs, and also have l.e.d.' to give that nice touch to a moded case. Another big plus is they always come with electrical connector adapters too! You just can't beat AeroCool!

Cons: Beware, if you go with the high output, higher CFM fans these are not for your "library" quiet zone PC', they generate some noise.

Overall Review: A little more noise for a lot more cooling is a fair trade off in my book! Which also equals longer component life! I use these fans exclusively in my systems and they run as much as 15+ degrees cooler overall, and in some case where I can monitor specifics , like MB temp, CPU temp, Case or system temp, etc. the results are great!

Pros: If you any of you have read my reviews, you know I don't write one unless it's an outstanding product! Well this HD is no exception! Seagate is well known for its reliability, dependability, and super warranties, and you just can't go wrong with this drive! If you want speed, this is definitely the drive for you! It's blazing fast with its 32 MB cache, weather it's in a PC or you use it in a removable enclosure, you just cannot beat this drive! A big plus also is that if yo want 1 TB, two of these drives are considerably less than their 1 TB big brother!

Cons: There really are none! You just have to remember that the more you store, the more you need to put into back up considerations.

Overall Review: If you are into large drives, that just beat the competition, this is your drive! Better performance isn't expensive, it's priceless, and you get every cents worth from ANY Seagate drive! This is by far the best value and performer for the dollar you can buy! If you want performance and large capacity, you will not be disappointed with this drive!
