Pros: Remote has a night mode that really works well for night time viewing. The four phase settings allow for fine tuning the sub to the main speakers. Its really well built and feels solid and looks good. Also the room optimizer does help tweak it for where you decide to put it in the room. It goes real low, lower than I thought an 8 in sub could go. The bass is nice and tight and clean. I had the included sub that came with the polk 6750 set up and thought it was great till I got this one. I found that it sounded so much better than my old sub, yet did not travel out of the room it is in as bad as the old one did.

Cons: The remote can take a little time to work. It took a few hours for it to start working,but once it does it works fine. My remote came with a row of buttons that did not work,but a quick email to Polk and they mailed a new one out to me. Also if you set it to auto and are listening to tv low at night with night mode and it auto turns off thinking it has no signal when it comes back on the night mode is turned off.

Overall Review: I really love this sub and I thought the one I had was good. The remote was a little bit of a pain but was easily fixed and it works like a charm. It really rocks music and movies. This sub is great if you want nice tight clean bass and be able to have a night mode that turns its volume down. Just know that with auto mode it can turn off and will reset the night mode. I found I like it with the switch to off and use the remote to turn it off and on and that way the night mode stays on till I turn it off.

Pros: Burned 20 out of the 25 and all turned out great. So pleased with them have ordered a second set after the recent price drop. The labels look nice after printing.

Overall Review: Of the 20 I have burned I only had one bad burn. It was not really a bad burn, more that I did not check everything out before I burned a final one. I have had good burns using an LG GGW-H20L, and using imgburn to write to it. The new price works out to a nice price per disc for printable BD-R.
