Amazing Case, excellent customer serivce

Pros: Case: -Build is solid, all round --HDD/SSD trays are all metal, not plastic --Fans are all ultra silent. Just shy of inaudible --All hardware mounting and cable routing is top notch Overall: This was my second full build, first being Antec Nine Hundred Black Mid ATX. I had a few issues with that case in terms of cable management and mounting HDD's and SSD was a pain. Occasionally required additional hardware. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE BUILDING WITH THIS CASE. All HDD/SSD mounting was seamless with no additional hardware needed. The back panel cable routing area keeps my case looking near cable-less from the front. Mounting my motherboard, PSU, additional 140mm fans was quick and easy. If you want a no-hassle build and a silent air filter system, buy this case!
Cons: The case arrived with one faulty foot (which suspends the case for filtered air intake on the bottom). Please read my "Other" section for a follow up to this.
Overall Review: --Fractal's excellent customer service-- When my case came with a broken foot, I called the Fractal at the number provided with the case for a replacement. They misunderstood my issue and believed I had broken the foot. They ended up having me pay $7 to ship a replacement foot. When they emailed me later asking how my service was, I replied I was disappointed about having to pay for the shipping costs, which they then informed me the charge was a mistake. As they couldn't refund me a USPS charge, they instead sent a full set of case feet and an additional $15 case fan. I get the full impression that Fractal cares about its customers and I would definitely buy from them in the future.
Run of the mill

Pros: Cheap.
Cons: I had purchased this wire along with a pair of Astro A40s. The Astro headset came with a higher quality wire that I can positively say sounds much better than this one. The StarTech wire was meant to go to my computer while the Astro toslink went to my xbox (for length reasons). I assumed they would be similar quality but I noticed I was missing sounds when listening to familiar songs from my PC.
Overall Review: If you are using a high quality set of headphones, this is not the right wire to buy. Without a doubt, I should have spent a little more.
It's RAM, and it wasn't DOA

Pros: What more is there to say? Got this RAM and it worked.
Cons: Wasn't DOA and my desktop ain't crashing, so no cons
Overall Review: Purchased in bundle with: -ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII RANGER LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard -Intel i7-6700k 4GHz
2nd day review 12/19/16 -- will change review if problems every occur

Pros: -BIOS has easy control system for all external modules such as fans and temp sensors -Board layout is easy to work with. Everything is clearly labeled on the PCB to modify settings in BIOS -Unlike other reviewers, no DDR4 issues whatsoever
Cons: None I can think of
Overall Review: I purchased this board as a bundle with the i7-6700k 4GHz and 16GB G.SKILL RAM found below. I saw some reviewers talking about DDR4 compatibility, but I have zero issues. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231878 This build has been seamless for me. Here are my components for which I had the easiest build I could have hoped for: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII RANGER LGA 1151 Intel Z170 Nvidia GTX 1080 (Founders Edition) Intel i7-6700k 4GHz G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) Intel Z170 Desktop Memory Model Fractal Design Define XL R2 Titanium Silent EATX Full Tower Computer Case EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2, 80+ GOLD 750W Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD (Main Drive) WD Blue 4TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 5400 RPM (Secondary Drive)
It has worked perfectly up until now

Pros: Great Power Output for price Haven't ever been concerned with Power Supply Fan sound Mesh cabling helps with management.
Cons: The price comes at the cost on not having a modular wire management. The excess wires take up three slots in my Antec 900 case that would normally fit HDD. I've been using this product for over a year and a half and other than a few personal cabling issues, it's been fine. But in the past few days, my computer has been experiencing anomaly shutdowns. I've had it happen while gaming, while it has been idol at the desktop, and while it was set to sleep. (Note: I have my PC and peripherals plugged into a UPS that hasn't given me issues with any other devices it hosts). Luckily, I purchased a 2-year warranty with this product. If the hard resets continue after I bypass the UPS, I will have to RMA, which is kinda a pain considering I'm involved in some Programming classes. Time will tell.
Overall Review: Overall, it has been good for me up until now, a 1.5 year mark. Hopefully the shutdowns I discussed in my "Cons" were just anomalies and I won't have to be out a computer for some weeks.
It works

Pros: Had it for about two weeks now. Used it for two partitions to organized backed-up files. Works without issue.
Cons: None. Will update in a year if any occur.
