Pros: I purchased this bracket to put a 3.5" card reader in a 5.25" slot. It fit great and looks excellent. It's made of hard black plastic so it fits with my black box. Overall it looks good and seems sturdy enough to last a long time. I'm very happy with it.

Cons: None that I can think of.
